Best advice you/ve been given?

First, if you’re doing what you love then life is so much more enjoyable and second, to never stop trying. That could be trying new things, trying to make old things better, or simply just trying to maintain. My life motto is to try to be 1% better than I was yesterday.

What did you want to be growing up?

I wanted to be someone that helped people, as a kid I had no idea that would be a fitness instructor. Typically, I would have said a teacher or nurse.
